Saturday’s match at the Mall of Asia Arena marks La Salle’s 13th consecutive win over Ateneo, extending their dominance to seven years.
Thea Gagate, the reigning best middle blocker for two seasons, spearheaded the Lady Spikers’ offense with 15 points built on nine attacks, five blocks, and one ace.
This victory pushes the defending champions to a 3-1 win-loss record.
