Born on May 10, 1995, in Manila, Philippines, Julia Melissa “Jia” Morado-De Guzman displayed an early affinity for volleyball. She honed her skills at Colegio San Agustin – Makati before joining the Ateneo de Manila University.
There, she spearheaded the Ateneo Lady Eagles’ offense, her strategic setting fueling their back-to-back UAAP championships in Seasons 76 and 77.
Morado-De Guzman’s brilliance earned her numerous individual awards, including Best Setter and Season 77 Finals MVP.
Creamline Cool Smashers and PVL Success
